The city of Ingolstadt transferred the sovereign tasks and powers of water supply, drainage, waste disposal and city cleaning, including winter service in the city, to the client, the Ingolstadt municipal companies. In the next three to four years, the client intends to carry out a comprehensive sewer rehabilitation in the city of Ingolstadt. The necessary specialist planning services are to be outsourced to an external engineering office. Since these are different measures, the award is based on a framework contract.
