The target of the procurement is a Group-level deviation management system that includes the following separate reporting channels:

• deviation and detection reporting channel

• internal whistleblowing channel

The purchase includes

• the delivery and commissioning of the system in full working order

• system access rights, support and maintenance as a service

• separately ordered expert services related to the use and development of the system

The procurement is carried out as a service procurement.
