Preparation of an annual report on the allocation and performance of France's green debt issues (including the audit of funds raised). 1st batch: Audit of the allocation of funds. 2nd lot: Analysis and presentation of eligible green expenditures. 3rd batch: Design, editing and translation of the report

The Audit will focus on:- compliance with the principle of nominal equivalence of the funds raised- the correct allocation of the funds raised to eligible green expenditure

analysis putting into perspective the eligible green expenditure, with regard to the policies pursued by France and its ambitions in the environmental field. The work will be based in particular on the performance indicators selected in connection with the AFT, which will illustrate the general functioning of eligible green expenditure. The service provider will provide the iconographic documents as well as the graphs and tables illustrating its purpose

The expected services are: - Layout (editorial and graphic design, including the development of visuals), in compliance with the AFT's graphic charter, for the French and English versions of the report.- Translation of the report from French to English (or if necessary from English to French), however the audit report and the second opinion review are translated into English by the agencies in charge of it.- Technical realization and quality proofreading professional. Proofreading by the AFT and the ministries responsible for the budget programmes concerned may result in corrections and modifications to the document
