32HAV19 – Renovation of Skur 38
Partnering contract: renovation of an office building, approx. 4 000 m2 over 4 floors. Complete internal renovation, upgrade/replacement of all technical installations, roof/facade work depends on permits from the planning authorities, minor outdoor work. Ambitious environmental targets (Breeam certification).
Skur 38 is located at Akershusstranda 19, 0150 Oslo and has, since its conversion from a storage shed to offices in 1987, functioned as the main office for Oslo Havn KF. The BYA will be approx. 3 600 m2 divided over 4 floors. The building requires a general constructional upgrade, with more modern solutions and high environment ambitions. A decision has thus been made that a total renovation is required, based on a partnering model, with the actual work being carried out in a turnkey contract with an adapted NS8407 contract.
