BISCHHEIM (67800) - 17 rue Mistral - requalification of 66 dwellings - heavy renovation of the facades and residentialization - Global market. The requalification project is part of the urban renewal project of the Writers' Quarter (ANRU). It will be subject to integration clauses by economic activity. The works concern 1 building of 11 floors, approximately 4,200 m 2 of living space.

The contract awarded under the competitive procedure with negotiation aims to:

- improving the energy and environmental performance of dwellings, with the general objective of obtaining the BBC renovation label after requalification and reducing the costs incurred by the maintenance and operation of these buildings,

- the rehabilitation of existing structures to ensure, after their completion, an operation of these buildings in accordance with their medium and long term destination,

- improving the accessibility and adaptation of housing to aging occupants,

- the transformation of the architectural aspect of the building and its surroundings.
