The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from the owners of residential properties located in the Bieliny Municipality along with their transport and management, as well as the collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
The management of the collected waste must be carried out in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587).
1. The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from properties inhabited in the Bieliny Municipality along with its transport and management in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025.
2. The service of collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected by residents of real estate in the Bieliny Municipality includes:
(a) the collection and management of municipal waste listed in Table No 2 directly
from the properties on which the residents live,
b) collection of furniture and other bulky waste directly from the property (exhibitions) where the residents live,
c) collection of used electrical and electronic equipment directly from the property (exhibits) where the residents live,
d) equipping the property with bags for the collection of mixed waste
and segregated;
e) the collection and development of municipal waste collected selectively and collected at the Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the territory of the Bielina Municipality, together with the equipment of this point with suitable containers and containers for the collection of waste.
3. There are 15 villages and settlements in the commune of Bieliny: Bieliny Kapitulne, Bieliny Poduchowne, Górki Napękowskie, Porąbki, Kakonin, Czaplów - Zofiówka, Huta Szklana, Huta Stara, Huta Nowa, Huta Podłysica, Huta Koszary, Lechów, Makoszyn, Belno and Napęków.
4. The population of the Bieliny commune is 10,209 inhabitants, of which 10,124 live in single-family housing and 85 residents live in multi-family housing.
5. The projected amount of properties to handle waste collection includes approximately 2386 single-family properties, 6 multi-family properties.
6. The number of households is not equal to the number of inhabited properties, due to the different number of households on each property. When preparing the offer, the Contractor is obliged to take into account the estimated increase in the number of households and the number of properties in the Bielin Commune.
7. The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected within the deadline for the completion of the order will be approximately 3,934.06 [Mg].
8. The municipal waste collection system does not cover waste generated as a result of business activity.
