Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking managed floorwalking service to support its RIO (Electronic Patient Record) EPR Go Live.

The purpose of this Notice is to alert potential suppliers to an opportunity in relation to the supply of a managed floorwalking service to support SHSC in delivery of RIO Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Go Live transition. SHSC are looking for a supplier to provide and manage floorwalkers before and during Go Live. It is expected that the requirement will be for an initial period of 18 weeks with the option to extend this period further if required to complete the EPR transition
