The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to provide school, pedagogical and educational materials for schools in the municipality, to enable pupils to acquire the knowledge defined by national education in various subjects. It also covers the purchase of similar materials for the implementation of extracurricular times or any pedagogical activity within the municipality, carried by any service. Finally, it deals with the acquisition of office supplies/stationery (excluding reprographic paper) necessary for the administrative operation of schools alone.

These are small specific materials such as writing notebooks, drawing sheet, crepe paper, colored pencils, square, chalk box, felts, pens, folders, document guards, staples and also supply of “administrative” stationery, excluding printing and reprographic paper.

This involves the acquisition of textbooks and textbooks, as defined in Article D. 314-128 of the Education Code, both in paper and digital format — library books are therefore not covered by this batch.

This involves the acquisition of equipment allowing children to awaken through games and educational tools as diverse as puzzles, construction games, theatre corners, tricycles, musical awakening instruments, kitchen corners.
