These card types serve as certificates of competence within each part of the Swedish transport systems.
The requirements and conditions that apply to this application phase (Step 1) are set out in this invitation with attachments.
The scope and description of the procurement object provided in section 1.2 Scope - Procurement object should be seen as general information in order to guide the supplier in this application.
Please note that this invitation is not a complete procurement document, but only an invitation to apply to submit a tender in the Swedish Transport Agency's procurement of manufacturing, storage and delivery of raw cards.
Background
The Swedish Transport Agency is subject to a number of general requirements for the activities relating to the issuance and personalisation of tachograph cards, driving licences, taxi driver cards, ADR certificates, professional competence certificates, licences and train driver cards.
The requirements for the types of cards in question are described in various regulations.
In the forthcoming requirements specification (part 2), the requirements that exist for each card type will be clarified, then and there the regulations, regulations and standards that regulate the cards will be indicated.
The visual and electronic personalization takes place in Mühlbauer's SCP801. This fact will limit the Swedish Transport Agency in its ability to refine the cards beyond the capacity of this equipment. A more detailed description of the environment and the attitudes of the Swedish Transport Agency will be described in more detail in the next part of the procurement (part 2).
