The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of timber harvesting and harvesting, forest breeding, forest protection, nature protection, forest fire protection, as well as nursery works, seed production, maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of drainage facilities and pad monitoring, to be carried out in the Golub Dobrzyń Forest District in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and , forest fire protection, as well as nursery work, seeding, maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of drainage facilities and PAD monitoring resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations; Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry; Attachment No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of harvesting wood; Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding; Appendix No. 2.3.5. – list of items not made available for machine acquisition; Appendix No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of obtaining wood (potential); Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds); Attachment No. 2.4.2. - a list of items not available for renewals carried out with the help of a planter. The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates. Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Appendix No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the Director General of the State Forests of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" in organizational units of the State Forests together with the changes introduced by amending decisions; Attachment No. 3.2. Description of the standard of forestry work technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Toruń adopted by Decision No. 17 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Toruń of 14 June 2022 on the introduction into application of: standard technology for execution and acceptance of regional works in the field of forest management, standard of technology for execution and acceptance of regional works in the field of hunting management, the standard of technology for the execution and acceptance of regional works in the field of forest fire monitoring.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of timber harvesting and harvesting, forest breeding, forest protection, nature protection, fire protection of the forest, as well as maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of drainage devices to be carried out in the Area of Cieszyn and Radziki Forestry in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") covering works in the field of fire protection and fire monitoring (PAD) in the Golub Dobrzyń Forest District in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of nursery work, seed production, maintenance of tourist and educational facilities to be performed in the complex nursery Obstacle in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of harvesting and harvesting wood with multi-operational machines to be performed in forestry: Cieszyny, Radziki, Przeszkoda and Płonne in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of harvesting and harvesting wood with multi-operational machines to be performed in forestry: Wet Forest, Paliwodzizna and Tokary in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of harvesting and harvesting wood with multi-operational machines to be performed in forestry: Kepa, Leśno and Łęga in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of timber harvesting and harvesting, forest breeding, forest protection, nature protection, fire protection of the forest, as well as maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of drainage equipment to be carried out in the Wet Forest and Obstacle forestry in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of timber harvesting and harvesting, forest breeding, forest protection, nature protection, fire protection of the forest, as well as maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of drainage devices to be carried out in the Paliwodzizna and Płonne forestry in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of timber harvesting and harvesting, forest breeding, forest protection, nature protection, fire protection of the forest, as well as maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of drainage devices to be carried out in the Tokara Forestry in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of timber harvesting and harvesting, forest breeding, forest protection, nature protection, fire protection of the forest, as well as maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of drainage equipment to be carried out in the Czystochleb Forestry in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of timber harvesting and harvesting, forest breeding, forest protection, nature protection, fire protection of the forest, as well as maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of drainage devices to be carried out in the Gronowo and Kępa forests in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of timber harvesting and harvesting, forest breeding, forest protection, nature protection, fire protection of the forest, as well as maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of drainage devices to be carried out in the Leśno Forestry in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of timber harvesting and harvesting, forest breeding, forest protection, nature protection, fire protection of the forest, as well as maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of drainage devices to be carried out in the Łęga Forestry in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of timber harvesting and harvesting, forest breeding, forest protection, nature protection, fire protection of the forest, as well as maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of drainage devices to be carried out in the Nielub and Wronie forestry in 2023.
