Each lot of the contract includes:-A fixed part including the annual flat-rate services with the possibility of modulating the surfaces according to the evolution of the land to be maintained from year to year.-A variable part for the punctual services which are the subject of purchase orders when the need arises. The technical provisions specific to the contract are detailed in the Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P)
