The subject of the contract is the successive purchase of electricity for the needs of the facilities of Tramwajów Szczecińskie Sp. z o.o. The subject of the contract includes the purchase of electricity in the total estimated amount: 4 630.48 MWh. The list of electricity consumption points is indicated in Chapter XVIII point 2 point 8) SWZ.

THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER is the successive purchase of electricity for the needs of the facilities of Tramwajy Szczecińskie Sp. z o.o. The subject of the contract includes the purchase of electricity in the total estimated amount: 4 630.48 MWh. A detailed description is included in the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ) and in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) – Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.

BASIC FEATURES OF THE PROCEDURE:

1. The procedure shall be conducted by means of an open tender procedure on the basis of Article 376(1)(1) and Article 378 et seq. Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended), hereinafter referred to as PPL.

2. Pursuant to Article 139 (1) Pzp, the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make the qualification of the contractor whose offer has been highest assessed in the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings.

3. Pursuant to Article 139 (2) of the Pzp, the contractor shall not be obliged to submit, together with the offer, the declaration referred to in Article 125 (1) of the Pzp (JEDZ). The contracting authority shall call for the submission of the declaration referred to in Article 125 (1) of the Pzp (JEDZ) of the contractor whose offer will be highest-rated in accordance with Chapter. VII point 3, point 1 of SWZ.

CRITERIA FOR EVALUATING TENDERS AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE:

1) Criterion: Price – 100%. The method of awarding points according to the formula: the lowest price ÷ the price of the evaluated offer x 100 points x the importance of the 100% criterion. A detailed method of calculating the price is described in Chapter XIII of the SWZ.
