1. The subject of the procedure is the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter referred to as DSZ) for the award of contracts for the supply of All In One computers (hereinafter referred to as equipment) to the Units indicated in Annex No 9 to SWZ together with the provision of equipment warranty services.

2. The subject of the order covered by the DSZ was divided into four categories:

(a) Category 1: All-in-One Computer Type 1- Standard in estimated quantity of units: 400 (Executioner. 1 for one-time orders up to and including 30 pcs);

(b) Category 2: All-in-One Computer Type 1- Standard in the estimated quantity of items: 7,540 (Executioner 2 for one-time orders in quantities over 30 pcs );

c) Category 3: All-in-One computer type 1 version 1 - superstandard in estimated quantity of items: 100 (Cat. 3 for one-time orders up to and including 30 pcs);

d) Category 4: All-in-One Computer Type 1 Version 1 - superstandard in the estimated quantity of pieces: 1,530 (Executioner 4 for one-time orders in quantities above 30 pcs).

4. The estimated estimated quantities of equipment covered by DSZ in the category indicated in paragraph 2 above are given in order to determine the maximum range of orders in this category. The qualification of Contractors to DSZ in the category concerned does not constitute the basis for claims for delivery in the quantity indicated in point 2, since no party incurs an obligation at this stage of the DSZ. Concretized quantities of equipment will be indicated each time at the initiation of the implementation orders covered by the DSZ, provided that the maximum quantities of equipment in the category are not exceeded.

5. Redeemable contracts covered by the DSZ in the category shall be implemented on the basis of contracts concluded after the procedure referred to in Chapter II, point 2.12 (5) of the SWZ, initiated by an invitation to tender to all eligible DSZ participants in the given category.

6. The list of units for which the proceedings are carried out and entitled to carry out procurement contracts in all categories and award performance contracts includes Annex No 9 to the SWZ.

7. Redeemable orders under the established DSZ may carry out for their benefit all Units indicated in the List of Units (Annex No 9 to SWZ). In addition, the Courts of Appeal may conduct implementation procedures within the established DSZ for the benefit of subordinate common courts indicating as delivery locations the locations of individual courts or their own location of supply.
