The subject of the contract is the performance of maintenance works on the rivers in the area of operation of the catchment board in Sokołów Podlaski.

The contracting authority divided the order into 2 lots, each lot is a separate object of the contract. The scope of maintenance works in individual parts of the contract mainly includes: mechanical and manual mowing of vegetation from the slopes and the bottom of the watercourse, raking of mown vegetation from the slopes and the bottom of the watercourse, manual cutting and grubbing up of bushes, removal of plants rooted in the bottom, demolition of beavers performed there, works cleaning. A detailed description of the order, divided into parts, was presented in the bill of quantities and in the Technical Specification for the implementation and acceptance of maintenance works, constituting annexes to the ToR.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the maintenance of the Miedzanka river at km0 + 500-4 + 516, 9 + 504-9 + 700, 10 + 950-20 + 737 and 21 + 779-24 + 257 and the Lubiesza river at 0 + 000 km -11 + 273 and 20 + 292-24 + 540.

The scope of the contract includes:

- mowing the grass with a scythe on a flat area - roadsides on both sides 0.5 m,

- manual removal of lichen from skap with raking,

- mechanical removal of lichen from slopes,

- manual removal of lichen from the bottom of the watercourse along with raking,

- manual cutting and grubbing up of bushes and undergrowth hindering river maintenance,

- manual demolition of the dam made by beavers together with the transfer of material extracted from the dam up to 10 m horizontally,

- cleaning and accompanying works along the watercourse after maintenance works - meeting

Debris and other foreign materials along with the removal to a landfill;
