In order to be able to dismantle the Fessenheim facility, it is necessary to be able to guarantee the safety of the responders by permanently decommissioning the equipment by eliminating the associated risks. The MHSD has an absolute objective to guarantee, in the long term, the absence of energy of any kind and therefore the absence of associated risk for dismantlers. This reflection is carried out by elementary system or by geographical area (local, zone, building)
The scope of the contract covers the construction of mechanical and electrical MHSD for 43 systems and 20 geographical areas.
The contract covers the implementation of 43 systems (approximately 2000 mechanical links and 20000 electrical links) and 20 geographical MHSDs.
The duration of the contract is 5 years (2 years firm and 3 years optional)
Basically, the contract covers:
Cutting of piping at two points and removal of the section
Installation of welded or other plugs / Support on existing and waterproof organ (15 years hold)
Emptying low point piping
Emptying tarpaulin bottom and sludge conditioning
Tarpaulin bottom drilling
Cutting electric cable and sleeve
Placement of breastplates on the boards
Local identification and tracking through tags and unalterable labels
Insulation deposit(S/S4)
