"Repair of the hoisting machine in the mine shaft hoist of the Staszic shaft" for Spółka Restrukturyzacji Kopalń S.A.Oddział KWK "Centrum".

1. The material scope of the contract includes:

1) Development of the necessary documentation enabling the lifting machine in the mine shaft hoist of the Staszic wood compartment shaft to be put into operation in accordance with current mining regulations.

2) Verification of components and subassemblies in terms of compliance of regulations and DTR.

3) Disassembly/assembly of the drive system (main shaft with multi-rope drive wheel).

4) Loading/unloading and transport of the drive system to perform the task.

5) Knocking the propeller from the shaft, oldham clutch, dismantling the liner with fastening pads from the drive wheel.

6) Cleaning, washing, shot blasting and inspection of all components.

7) Assessment of the technical condition of individual components of the drive system in the dismantled state.

8) Regeneration of the drive shaft.

9) Oldham clutch regeneration.

10) Performing a defectoscopic examination of the main shaft and clutch to determine material and operating defects.

11) Replacement of bearings and seals.

12) Maintenance of the regenerated propellant.

13) Installation of a new lining and beech fastening blocks on the propellant.

14) Collection of a new or regenerated embankment by an expert authorized by the WUG for the operation of the Mining Plant.

15) Start-up of the hoisting machine after renovation.

16) Functional tests and putting into operation of the hoisting machine in the mine shaft hoist Staszic wood compartment.

17) Issuance of a guarantee document.

18) Providing the Ordering Party with DTR, declaration of conformity, quality control certificate, warranty card, WUG approval for friction lining of the propeller of the WL4-1250 hoisting machine, shaft hoist built in the "Staszic" shaft, non-destructive test report on the main shaft and oldham clutch, examination of the hoisting machine of the Staszic shaft shaft shaft compartment after replacing the rope carrier lining, list of parts and components, which were replaced during the renovation.
