Object of these works: Appointing building owner for construction, operation and maintenance of solar panel park.

Technical frame of reference:

1. Propose a maximum number of solar panels, with the highest possible efficiency per m², in order to achieve maximum yield and self-consumption in both Southern and Northern production. The total capacity of solar panels to be installed will be approximately 12MWp, to be divided over 5MWp for Noorderproductie and 7MWp for Zuiderproductie to be divided over several plots.

2. In phase 1, install solar panels on selected plots of land that can be used immediately, adjacent to the indicated plots of land.

3. Calculate and execute electrical facilities, cable, transformers and accessories so that safe and correct operation can be guaranteed without risk of power failure in the production sites.

4. Design installation in such a way that maintenance of installation and grounds is easy to carry out by the installer during the lifetime of the installation.

5. Water-Link will not purchase the installation but will work with the right to build the land so that Water-Link obtains a fixed electricity price for the next 20 years.

6. 3 reference projects of a comparable project with a minimum capacity of 5MWp of installed capacity and of which at least 1 of the 3 has been elaborated with the principle of right of building and fixed energy price.

A detailed technical description of the projects mentioned above will be provided in the second stage of the procedure in which the selected economic operators will receive the specifications.
