Winter maintenance of municipal ice fields in accordance with this invitation to tender and the attached documents.

The invitation to tender concerns the winter maintenance of the municipal ice rinks 1.10.2023 - 30.4.2025. The agreement also includes a 2-year option (-30.4.2027). Maintenance includes freezing and cleaning or renovating the field. Tenders are given at a one-time price per item and per measure. In addition, an hourly rate is requested for additional work ordered separately (e.g. snow transfer from the surroundings of the field).

The tenderer with the highest overall score will be selected as the contractor and who fulfils the conditions and obligations set out in the invitation to tender. The scoring is based on the scoring of the maintenance equipment offered in addition to the scoring based on the price of the maintenance items. A specification of the maintenance equipment to be offered shall be indicated in the tender.

At the beginning of the period, the client decides on the start date of the work and at the end of the period on the end of the period. The maintenance frequencies of the sites are shown in the attached sports facility cards. The customer reserves the right to change the instructions for the management of ice rinks and to add/subtract items.

The customer notifies the contractor of the changes two weeks before they enter into force.

The customer indicates the water intake points to the snooper and is responsible for the costs of purchasing the used water.

If the customer acquires a maintenance monitoring system, the tenderer undertakes to use it. The purpose of the monitoring system is to communicate to users about the maintenance status of sports facilities. The customer acquires the necessary equipment to carry out the monitoring.
