Technical training services. The Contracting Authority has a requirement for the provision of externally-delivered Air Cargo Security training for Defence Postal staff, in order that BFPO may continue to comply with Department for Transport (DfT) regulatory requirements and retain it's status as a DfT authorised Regulated Air Cargo Agent. The training, which is detailed later in this Notice, shall be provided for all staff who manage, handle, sort, or transport mails as part of clearance for Air Despatch. All training shall be provided on-site at HQ BFPO, to Day shift and Night shift staff during their normal working hours (i.e. 7:00 to 15:00 and 22:00 to 6:00).
