The works include the identification, location and fixing of faults. Continuity faults are to be fixed at the time of the initial electrical inspection with any other faults being reported to the Association by telephone while the electrician is on-site. If the Association agrees to further works being carried out these will also be done at the time of the initial visit and paid for at the costs included within the Schedule of Rates section of the tender.
