The North Karelia Procurement Department asks to submit a tender for the architectural and main design, BIM coordinator and energy certificate preparation tasks for the renovation of the Viinijärvi school and the new building.

The purchase must comply with the regulations of the European Union directly binding legislation, Finnish laws and regulations and the authorities.

The offer is binding and must be drawn up in the Finnish language. The acquisition process is in Finnish as a whole.
