This contract concerns the supply of bakery and pastry products for three rest homes (505 beds) and two children's homes (30 beds).

No merchandise will be provided that does not correspond to these categories. Each site has its own kitchen.

The quantities mentioned in this specification are given as an indication. The supplier will not be entitled to any compensation if these quantities were subsequently modified according to the occupancy rate and needs.

Any offer that does not offer 90% of the products listed in inventory will be eliminated.

The contract may be terminated if the successful tenderer does not give satisfaction (see point “Failure to perform and penalties”).

The tenderer will ensure that he offers products that are satisfactory from a quality/price point of view and correspond to the taste of the elderly and children in the Verviers region.
