The object of the acquisition is cleaning services of premises owned by Savonlinnan Vuokratalot Oy, including maintenance and basic cleaning. The acquisition is divided into two (2) districts. Partial offers are accepted per district by purchase.

District 1 comprises the cleaning services for the properties in District 1 listed in Annex 3 to the invitation to tender (site-specific information by district). The description of the items and their tasks are set out in more detail in the tender documents.

District 2 comprises the cleaning services for the properties in District 2 listed in Annex 3 to the invitation to tender (property-specific area by district). The description of the items and their tasks are set out in more detail in the tender documents.
