Construction of multi-family buildings, with a surface area of approximately 2,530 m2 SP, comprising:
-1587 m2 in free accession or about 20 dwellings,
-947 m2 of business premises, delivered in gross,
as well as, located in the basement, 68 parking spaces (basic offer) or 120 spaces (variant offer required), and 38 m2 of bike storage.
Estimated cost of the works: 6,000,000 Euros HT (base) or 6,800,000 Euros HT (variant)
Content of the mission: ESQ to AOR phases including VISA, and complementary missions.
The OPC mission is the subject of a separate contract.
The contract will be concluded either with a single service provider, or with a joint group of project managers for which the architect will be the joint agent, the latter having the right to appear in only one group. The expected professional skills are specified in the consultation rules.
