Provision of flat roof and green roof work as part of the renovation of the vocational school in Wörth am Rhein

The trade "Flat roof and roof greening work" includes the following work:

- Pick up and dispose of 1,800 sqm flat roof structure

- Weld on 1,800 m² bitumen welding membrane (G 200 S4 + AL) as a vapour barrier

- Lay 1,750 sqm of PS rigid foam boards as a 1st layer without slope

- Lay 1,750 sqm of PS rigid foam boards as a 2nd layer with slope

- Laying 1,800 m² of waterproofing membranes made of EVA

- Attach 400 m of foil sheets to edge finishes

- 1,750 m² of building protection mat

- Install 200 m of parapet cover with aluminum sheet

- Carry out 130 m of roof waterproofing on the skylight

- Install 20 roof gullies (DN 100)

- Drill 30 core holes through concrete ribbed slabs

- 63 m attaching downpipes made of titanium zinc sheet

- 1,750 m² of sub-layers of green roofs

- 1,600 m² of extensive greening with sedum sprouts

- Dismantle and rebuild 40 skylight domes
