Nahverkehrsservice Sachsen-Anhalt GmbH (NASA GmbH) is a 100 percent company of the state of Saxony-Anhalt. NASA GmbH plans, orders and pays for local rail passenger transport (SPNV) on behalf of the state. Together with the Mitteldeutscher Verkehrsverbund GmbH (MDV) and the participating transport companies, it operates the INSA timetable information service. INSA is available as a website (www.insa.de), as an app and as telephone information. In addition, NASA GmbH operates the nationwide intermodal mobility portal in Central Germany. The portal offers door-to-door information with different mobility options (intermodality). In the future, the portal should contain further information and functions, such as B. booking and purchasing tickets. NASA GmbH intends to reassign INSA telephone information from August 1, 2021 with a 4-year minimum term and an option to extend the contract by 2 years with a maximum contract term of 10 years.
The subject of the procurement is the telephone information for local public transport in Saxony-Anhalt. It is primarily a matter of providing information by telephone about the offer of local public transport in Saxony-Anhalt. Current information and fault reports must also be processed for this information. In addition, call bus orders are to be accepted, recorded and forwarded (in a browser-based software from NASA GmbH). Support will also be provided for the Central Germany mobility portal and for the nationwide mobile phone ticket. E-mails that are received via the NASA GmbH website can be optionally answered or forwarded to the responsible areas. The infrastructure required to provide the service is to be provided by the future contractor. The information required for processing the individual service packages is provided by NASA GmbH. To ensure professional service provision, it is expected that the contractor will arrange appropriate feedback discussions with NASA GmbH at regular intervals (2-3 times a year) to coordinate the information basis. Specifically, the advertised service consists of the following work packages, which specify the individual content in the service description:
