Framework agreement for the catering of minor, unaccompanied foreigners in the "Young Refugee Center" (YRC) through daily catering and the distribution of food.
It is a framework agreement. The retrieval of catering services is therefore flexible as required, which means that the number of portions to be delivered and distributed can change daily.
There is no entitlement to call off a specific scope of services. Likewise, a certain retrieval behavior cannot be predicted. This is a contract in which the future order volume is not
can be determined conclusively.
For the calculation, a number of residents of up to 150 people can be assumed, including up to 10 reserve meals. In continuous operation, the contractor will be informed of the current occupancy number daily by e-mail and thus the number of meals required plus 0 to 10 reserve meals. The concrete number of reserve meals for new admissions is explicitly communicated with the daily order and depends on the expected access situation.
The main location is the "Young Refugee Center" (YRC), Marsstraße 19/EG, 80335 Munich.
In the course of current world events, the current influx of refugees cannot be planned and it is necessary to react flexibly to the events on a daily basis. Therefore, during the term of the contract, further branches of the YRC may be expected to be opened in the city of Munich or in the vicinity of Munich, which will then also have to be supplied with food packages by the contractor. In these cases, coordination shall be made with the contractor for the delivery of the other places of performance.
The calculation of up to 150 people also includes the possible further branches of the YRC to be opened. For example, St.-Galler-Straße 1, 80637 Munich can become another place of delivery as a further branch. The travel costs to facilities located within the city area are included in the package prices.
A supply of food and drinks (in the case of packed lunches) must be ensured in accordance with the current recommendations of the Federal Office of Nutrition and
Agriculture (BMEL) and the German Society for Nutrition (DGE).
All catering products should contain at least 40% organic food. For meat and fish, the proportion of bio-regional food must be 40%.
Sufficient staff is needed to ensure a speedy distribution of food.
The term of the contract begins on 01.04.2023 and ends on 31.03.2024. The call-off of the first delivery can already take place from the first day of the contract term. Quantity, place of delivery and time of delivery will be announced by 3:00 p.m. at the latest on the lecture. If this information is available earlier, it will be communicated to the contractor immediately with the greatest possible lead time. For all further retrievals, an e-mail from the client by 3:00 p.m. the day before is sufficient.
The contract ends after the agreed contract period has expired without any additional termination being required.
