The contest concerns cutting, transport and final treatment of wood from Renovest IKS in Brunkeberg.

Untreated and treated wood will be cut before being hauled away. Park and garden waste will be cut, but not hauled away. CCA (Pressure Impregnated) and creosote wood will not be cut before being hauled away.

The contracting authority does not currently sort treated and untreated wood, but has an option for the delivery of clean wood.

The value of the procurement is estimated at: NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT per year. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered splitting up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, and waste disposal is divided into fractions where this is one of the fractions.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract will be valid from and including 14.03.2023 until and including 13.03.2025, with an option for the contracting authority to further extend the contract for 1 year at a time.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that tenderers are familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
