Description:
The performance of services in the field of forest management in the area of the Forest District of Bielsko in the year 2022

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber and work on nursery management to be carried out in the area of the Forest District of Bielsko and at the GNS Dam forest school in 2022.The scope of the object of the contract includes total quantities of work in the field of breeding and forest protection, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber and nursery management resulting from Annex No 3 to SWZ Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex No 4 to SWZ. Description of the rules of the procedure for receiving forestry works was included in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, sourcing and ripping timber. The scope of the object of the contract shall include the total quantities of work in the fields of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which shall consist of:

Annex No 3.1.size of work by group of activities and location; Annex No 3.2.timber collection sortyment system; Annex No 3.3.3.statement of wood breakdown distances and conditions; Annex No 3.4.statement of items not made available for machine sourcing; Annex No 3.5.Information on the use of possible logging technologies, The ranges in kind set out in Annexes No 3.1.,3.3. and 3.5. are estimated. Descriptions of the activity codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract and the rules for the receipt of forest works are described in Annex No 4 to SWZ.Due to the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the course of the implementation of the object of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, the findings of new locations, as well as to withhold the activities indicated in individual lines of tables describing the object of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not pre-indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on Package Implementation Area, within the total quantities of individual work falling within the scope of the Contract Subject as defined in the SWZ, to be carried out throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the procurement in the course of the performance of the contract subject may also occur in order to complete the full range of works described in the subject matter of the contract. Establishing a new location is carried out within the subject of the order, always only in the Package Redeemment Area.

In the case of obligatory exclusion of items from sourcing in the machinery system (logging of wood in cutting positions where the use of multi-operating machinery is not acceptable) in particularly justified cases, e.g. changes in the conditions for which the above operations have been established , the Ordering Party allows a change in logging technology. The rationale shall be provided to the Contractor each time. The Contractor shall execute the subject of the contract on the basis of written orders submitted by the Contracting Authority's Representatives (the “Order”). The contents of the Order are defined by the contract on public procurement (Annex 12 to SWZ). The Contractor shall be required to use biodegradable oil to lubricate the cutting systems in operated chainsaws and cutting heads, machinery and equipment, and oil-absorbing kits in equipment operated within forests. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation to personally perform key tasks concerning the subject of the procution.In accordance with Article 95 of the PZP, employment is required by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the performance of the contract

The scope of the object of the contract shall include the total quantities of nursery work resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which shall consist of:

Annex No 3.1.the size of the work by group of activities and location. The tangible ranges set out in Annex No 3.1.shall be an estimate. Descriptions of the activity codes describing the individual works (activities) included in the subject of the contract and the rules of procedures for receiving the work are described in Annex No 4 to SWZ.Due to the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject procurement, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, findings of new locations, as well as to withhold the actions indicated in each row of the tables describing the object of the order.
