The subject of the order is a successive collection from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebani, commune Osieczna, province Wielkopolskie and development, in the R-12 recovery process in the Contractor's own installation of waste with the code 19 12 12, which is a component for the production of alternative fuel (RDF), produced on an ongoing basis in the Employer's installation and partly stored. The method of managing components for the production of RDF must be in accordance with applicable law and decisions held by the Contractor. The estimated amount of components for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) during the contract period is approximately 27,000 Mg. The Employer informs that the quantity given above is an estimated quantity and does not guarantee the quantity of components specified for collection specified above, therefore the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect.

The method of managing components for the production of RDF must be in accordance with applicable law and decisions held by the Contractor.

4. Waste with the code 19 12 12 is a residue from the process of sorting mixed municipal waste and plastic packaging waste from selective waste collection, produced in a waste segregation installation supported by optopneumatic separation, located in Zakład Gospodarcza Gospodadów Odpadow in Trzebania, commune Osieczna, operated by the Employer. The components for the production of alternative fuel are separated in the segregation installation from the> 80 mm fraction after manual segregation of recyclable materials supported by two optopneumatic separators and ferrous metal separators, and then directed to two loading containers of press containers. Each of the above stations consists of Avermann press type SP 1485 cooperating alternately with two containers with a capacity of 30 m 3 each.

5. Collection procedure for waste subject to the contract:

a) Within 3 days of signing the contract, the Contractor shall provide the Employer with information regarding vehicles delegated by the Contractor to provide transport services, including the type of vehicle, vehicle registration number and driver's name. In the event of a change of means of transport or the introduction of additional vehicles, the Contractor is always obliged to notify the Employer in advance of the above, making the appropriate notification along with providing vehicle documents confirming compliance with the requirements set out in the ToR.

b) Each weighing of collected waste will take place on the scale of the Employer located at the Waste Management Plant in Trzebania and will be confirmed by a receipt.

c) Documents referred to in point b) above will constitute the basis for the Employer to issue a collective waste transfer card at the end of each month, constituting the basis for settlements between the Employer and the Contractor.

d) The Contractor, after each month of the service, at the latest along with the invoice, is obliged to provide a declaration on the manner of waste management.

6. Place and date of receipt of components for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) - Waste Management Plant in Trzebania, Trzebania 15, 64-113 Osieczna, every day, on business days from Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 21.00. The Employer also provides for the possibility of collecting waste on Saturdays and Sundays, between from 7.00 to 21.00, only at the express request of the Employer.
