The contracting authority is the Hallesche Verkehrs-AG (HAVAG), the site owner of the bridge structure is the city of Halle (Saale).

The work phases 1-3 §§ 26, 43 and the performance phases 2-3 § 51 (HOAI 2013) and Lph 1-4 of the appendices 1.3 and 1.4 HOAI 2013 are to be processed. The Mansfelder Straße, in the course of which lies the Elisabeth Bridge to be renovated, is a heavily used, important connection for the tram in the direction of Halle Neustadt and Halle city center.
