The Munich Student Union intends to carry out the general renovation of the student residence complex at Christoph-Probst-Straße 8, House No. 12, Studentenstadt Freimann Munich. According to BayBO in the version of the 2007 notice, this building is according to Art. 2 (3) a building of building class 5, according to Art. 2 (4) a special construction with two (2) facts: high-rise building of more than 22 m height and a dormitory as other facilities for accommodating persons.
The existing building no longer meets today's standards in terms of technical, building physics requirements and accessibility and has significant deficiencies in the field of technical equipment; these deficiencies must be remedied by means of refurbishment.

The scope of the services to be provided by the contractor results from Annex 906 "Specialist planner contract", Annex 830 "Project manual", Annex 802 "Service description (task description)" and Annex 801 "Service and remuneration catalogue".
