The present tender concerns the acquisition and operation of a cloud-based IT solution for administration of HR tasks and payroll settlement in DR.

DR has an existing payroll system, which functions as both Payroll and HR system. The system is the master data owner on information about the employees and is integrated with several of DR's other systems, including (but not only) time registration system, ERP platform, etc. The new system must be able to integrate with both DR's integration platform (DRIP) and other external systems. The systems and system landscape are stated in the tender documents, and DR expects that the offered system can either be integrated without adaptation, or that there must be an adjustment that can be reviewed and prepared during the clarification phase after the conclusion of the contract.

DR wishes to enter into an agreement with 1 supplier. The contract period is 10 years with the possibility of extension.
