1. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement", for "Services of permanent and comprehensive testing of ICT systems security" carried out by the Contractors, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft Framework Agreement, constituting Annex 2 to the CMS.

2. The draft Framework Agreement constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ presents a Framework Agreement within the meaning of Article 7(26) of the PPL in conjunction with Article 311 of the PPL (et seq.) and specifies the conditions for awarding individual Executive Contracts awarded through the conclusion of executive agreements, hereinafter referred to as the "Executive Agreement" with the Contractor. The draft Implementing Agreement constitutes Annex 2a to the SWZ.

The draft Implementing Agreement constitutes Annex 2a to the SWZ.

3. As a result of this procedure, a Framework Agreement will be concluded with up to three Contractors, on the basis of which Executive Agreements will be concluded between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor or Contractors selected in the procedure for its conclusion pursuant to Article 314(1)(3) of the PPL Act and in accordance with the procedure set out in this SWZ and in the Framework Agreement.
