Basically, the client (ENSO) pursues 3 main goals with his project "Standardization of business processes": process harmonization between DREWAG, ENSO, DREWAG NETZ and ENSO network, process standardization as well as the technology change to S / 4HANA. Based on these efforts and the announcement by SAP to establish S / 4HANA as the new SAP standard and at the same time to let the maintenance for the R / 3 system expire in the medium term, it was decided to use SAP S / 4HANA based on the latest technology for the companies mentioned above depicted in a single ERP system (greenfield approach). Introduction of SAP S / 4 HANA - divided into 4 levels (gradual commissioning)

Level 1: Concept phase (the focus is on the creation of the functional specifications) and Level 2: optional implementation phase (roughly includes the implementation) at DREWAG and ENSO including their network companies as well as at Drecount, SW Elbtal, desaNet, GSW, DIGImeto (main companies) - wave 1 and stage 3: optional implementation phase (roughly includes the implementation) at the municipal utility companies in Bautzen, Zittau, Meißen as well as wind power / wind farms, PACC, Dresden baths, etc. - wave 2 and stage 4: optional construction and configuration of a project environment in the one to be used PM software JIRA. The client initially instructs the contractor to award the contract only with the services of level 1. The services of levels 2, 3 and 4 have not yet been commissioned with the award of the contract. The contractor reserves the right to order stages 2, 3 and 4 separately by means of a separate order letter (call-off). After the call, the contractor is obliged to provide the agreed service. The contractor is not entitled to request further levels beyond the first level.
