1. The subject of the order is:

- performance of municipal services consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited real estate and real estate on which there are summer houses, or other real estate used for recreational purposes, from the area of the city and municipality of Ślesin in a manner consistent with applicable law and equipping the property with the quantities and types of bags required by the Ordering Party.

- running the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point PSZOK, located in the Ślesin Commune in Lubomyśl. The area under PSZOK is the property of the Ślesin Commune and will be made available to the selected Contractor for the duration of the contract.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the ordering party's requirements for implementation and acceptance are specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

1) The subject of the contract is the performance of municipal services consisting of the collection, transportation and development of municipal waste from the owners of the residential property and property on which the cottages are located, or other real estate used for recreation- holiday, from the area of the city and the municipality of Ślesin in accordance with applicable laws and the equipment of the property with the quantities and types of bags required by the Ordering Party.

During the term of the contract, the collection, transport and management of municipal waste is estimated in the following quantities:

- Glass, waste code 150107 - 704,000 Mg,

- Used tires, waste code 160103 - 88,000 Mg,

- Mixed waste from construction and renovations, waste code 170904 - 550,000 Mg,

- Paper and cardboard - waste code 200101 - 330,000 Mg,

- Used electrical equipment, waste code 200135, 200136 - 66,000 Mg,

- Plastics, waste code 200139 - 770,000 Mg,

- Biodegradable waste, waste code 200201 - 1760,000 Mg,

- Bulky waste, waste code 200307 - 330,000 Mg,

- Unsegregated municipal waste, waste code 200301 - 5940,000 Mg,

- Municipal waste not listed in other subgroups - waste code 200399 - 1320,000 Mg,

- Expired drugs - 0.200 Mg,

- Chemicals - 10,000 Mg,

- Used Batteries and accumulators - 1,000 Mg.

Total: 11,869,200 mg.

2) The subject of the contract also includes:

Operating the Selective Collective of Municipal Waste PZOK, located in the area of the Municipality of Ślesin in Lubomyśle. The area under the PSZOK is the property of the Municipality of Ślesin and will be made available to the selected Contractor in time for the implementation of the contract.
