The contract has as its object the assignment of the transport service, through the use of truck - articulated vehicle - tractor and trailer of the waste present and / or processed in the selection / treatment plants managed by SRT SpA (as subdivided in the relative CER codes listed below) and in the transfer of the same to the authorized recovery / treatment plants and / or at authorized companies.

They are to be considered to all intents and purposes essential public services, therefore, for no reason can they be suspended or abandoned except in proven cases of force majeure. In case of abstention from work due to strike called by trade associations, essential services must be provided, as required by Law 15.6.1990 n. 146
