The Contracting Authority wishes to appoint a main contractor to design and build a new sport and visual & performing arts centre at its existing Bede Campus. The Contracting Authority has already appointed a design team to produce designs to RIBA Stage E (Detail Design). These appointments will be novated to the ssuccessfulbidder.
