Helsinki Region Transport (HSL) looks for Visa/MC (and Amex) card acquirer. The chosen service provider has to support the following:

• card present transactions (CP)

• card not present transactions (CNP)

• mass transit transactions (MTT).

This procurement is made as joint procurement of Helsinki Region Transport (HSL) and TVV lippu- ja maksujärjestelmä Oy (LMJ).

The functional and qualitative requirements are defined in Appendix 3 ‘Mandatory and comparable requirements’ and the existing payment infrastructure is defined in Appendix 1 ‘Subject Matter of the Procurement’. Please fill in your pricing information to Appendix 2 Pricing.

This procurement is made as joint procurement of Helsinki Region Transport (HSL) and TVV lippu- ja maksujärjestelmä Oy (LMJ). HSL will implement the procurement procedure on its own and on behalf of LMJ. Both procuring entities will make their own procurement decisions and contracts.

LMJ’s share of the procurement is an option where LMJ may choose to introduce services/devices either wholly or in part.
