ATP hereby exposes the contract that includes operation, support, maintenance and further development of ATP's network solution. The supplier must, among other things, provide troubleshooting, diagnostics, participate in auditing and inspection, as well as further develop the network solution as a result of, for example, technological developments and adaptation of interfaces in connection with changed, surrounding systems.
Furthermore, the Contract includes the replacement of network units at ATP's location in Hillerød as well as options for the replacement of network units to ATP's other locations.

ATP hereby exposes the contract that includes operation, support, maintenance and further development of ATP's local network solution.
The network solution delivers a wired (LAN) and wireless (WLAN) network at ATP's locations Allerød, Frederikshavn, Haderslev, Hillerød, Holstebro, Nuuk (Greenland) and Vordingborg, as well as an external connection via VPN. The network solution consists of the following main elements: LAN solution, centralized WLAN solution, centralized VPN solution and a centralized security solution.
The network is segmented into different areas. Among other things, there is a LAN and WLAN with Internet access for ATP's daily operations, which is used by ATP's approx. 3000 employees and other devices. Door alarms, surveillance and building components access a Service LAN with Internet access. A WLAN provides guest network with guest ticket access. For homework and other external connections, a VPN firewall solution has been established. On top of all this, a security solution based on 802.1x authentication, Network Access Management(NAM), segmented network, and Firewall access has been implemented. An essential part of the security solution is User/IP mapping, which means that you will always be able to see which AD user has been assigned which IP address at a given time.
The network solution is undergoing continuous further development and improvement.
The supplier must provide services to ATP in the form of: A: Transition of - The network solution from the existing supplier. B: Operation (infrastructure operation and application operation) - The supplier must operate existing Network Solution where hardware is owned by ATP. Operations will include monitoring and monitoring, operational reporting, support and remediation in relation to operational problems, incident management, change management, capacity management, patch management, asset management, etc. C: Maintenance - The supplier must maintain the Network Solution, which will include support, debugging, updating and patching of software, replacement of hardware and implementation of performance improvements. D: Further development of the Network Solution and other associated consulting services, which may include further development and implementation of any efficiency improvements, changes to the Network Solution and implementation of new or changed functionality, e.g. as a result of changed requirements for security and new opportunities for functionality, etc.
Furthermore, the Contract includes the replacement of network units at ATP's location in Hillerød as well as options for the replacement of network units to ATP's other locations.
The service will have to be carried out under certain CSR clauses on working conditions and social responsibility.
