The purpose of this contract is the supply, installation, customization, parameterization and maintenance of a computer system, in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode that includes all the functionalities detailed in the technical specifications

The contracting of the supply service must be tendered to find the best possible IT solution to cover the needs of comprehensive HR management of the Castelldefels City Council. Once this computer application has been contracted, it is also essential to have the maintenance of this system for its updating in the different adaptations and versions that are necessary, as well as for its mandatory adaptation to all legal regulations and possible resolution of the incidents that arise in the day-to-day management of the program for the execution of the mandatory legal processes (payroll, contribution and taxation) of the working conditions of municipal employees and of the day-to-day management of the instruments linked to them (RLLT, Career System, productivity, organisational chart, etc.) as well as the enforcement of court judgments
