The object of the order is to arrange and equip parts of the Comic and Interactive Narrative Center through the execution of substantive content and arrangement equipment, supply of equipment with software and assembly of all items provided for the Comic and Narrative Center Interactive (hereinafter Centre or CKiNI) as part of the project “Revitalization of EC-1 South East”. A detailed description of the object of the contract, a description of the requirements of the Ordering Party for implementation and receipt specify:

1) Detailed description of the object of the contract (SOPZ or OPZ), as set out in Annex 1 to SWZ.

2) the proposed provisions of the contract (PPU), together with the annexes, which are Annex 2 to the SWZ.

I. The Contractor, in the exercise of the contract, on the basis of documents provided by the Contracting Authority, taking into account the requirements for the subject of the contract set out in the detailed description of the subject of the contract, shall be obliged in particular to:

1) the preparation of a Product Book, covering all the designed Exhibits and the designed visual and stylistic concept of the entire exposition, including the arrangement of the Exhibits in space, and covering all the pieces made according to the day of their readiness for reception;

2) perform the arrangement of the space of the premises indicated in the Detailed Description of the Order Subject (hereinafter SOPZ or OPZ) and the installation and finishing works necessary for the correct installation and commissioning of all Equipment (including Exhibits)

3) the supply of all Software necessary for the correct launch and operation of the supplied Equipment with the launch of this Software

(in particular, the operating system, drivers, programs that perform the functions indicated in the OPZ, etc.);

4) create and implement proprietary Software for the Center for Comic and Interactive Narrative (hereinafter CKiNI or Center);

5) the granting of relevant licenses and sublicences or transfer of copyright to any items of the subject of the contract which are subject to the protection of copyright and related rights, in accordance with further provisions of the Agreement;

6) the implementation and commissioning of the Exposure Management System and the integration of installed Equipment into this system;

7) the creation, acquisition, delivery and implementation of the Centre's substantive content described in the OPZ - multimedia and other specified content, including, in particular, the development for substantive and graphic graphics, infographics, texts, information displayed and displayed in the Centre.

II.. The Contracting Authority requires that:

1) The equipment/equipment was factory new, unused, technically efficient, safe, complete, ready for work and manufactured in 2020 or in the following years. In the case of delivery of Equipments/Devices, the Contracting Authority shall allow them to be unpacked and operational prior to their delivery only by the Contractor and for the sole purpose of verifying their operation and installation within the Exhibits. Hardware/Devices will have complete wiring necessary for proper operation

2) the supplied software was the current version software has a day prior to the deadline for submitting bids subject to compliance with the requirements in the SOPZ and the obligations for updating.

III. The Contracting Authority shall require that persons performing all assembly work related to the execution of the contract be employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor (if he performs a given part of the contract) on the basis of the working relationship for the period of the execution of the contract.
