The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the care and establishment of urban greenery and year-round maintenance of parks and squares in the city of Kwidzyn. The scope of the agreement covers the area WEST of the railway tracks of line 207 running through the city.

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in conservation and sanitary felling of trees in the city of Kwidzyn, including: 1. conservation of trees established as natural monuments, 2. setting up bindings in tree crowns, 3. tree conservation, 4. technical cutting of trees, 5. tree felling, 6. removal of scrap and tipping stones, 7. carp milling, 8. removal of carps, 9. removal of root suckers. 10. care of 25 small-leaved lime trees located on the promenade at Piłsudskiego Street: the crowns of the lime trees will be pruned in the manner indicated by the Ordering Party once a year; The Contractor shall issue an invoice to the Contracting Authority for the completed task; the task will be settled on a flat-rate basis; 11. care of common beeches (hedge form), on the section of 3-go Maja Street (from the intersection with Warszawska Street to the intersection with Chopina Street); beeches will be cut in the manner indicated by the Ordering Party for a separate order; The Contractor shall issue an invoice to the Contracting Authority for the completed task; the task will be settled on a flat-rate basis; 12. care of linden trees at Chopina Street; lime trees will be cut in the manner indicated by the Ordering Party for a separate order; The Contractor shall issue an invoice to the Contracting Authority for the completed task; the task will be settled on a flat-rate basis;

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in mowing wastelands, ditches and slopes in the city of Kwidzyn indicated by the Ordering Party (number of man-hours 5 000 within 2 years). 2. Mowing will take place at least 2 times per season. 3. The Contractor shall start mowing after receiving a written order from the Contracting Entity.

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in planting and transplanting trees in the city of Kwidzyn, including: 1. planting with the delivery of trees, including planting trees into containers (concrete pots / lawns): a) planting trees with a trunk circumference from 6 cm to 10 cm, b) planting trees with a trunk circumference from 11 cm to 14 cm, c) planting trees with a trunk circumference from 15 cm to 18 cm, d) planting trees with a trunk circumference from 19 cm to 25 cm, e) planting trees with a trunk circumference from 26 cm to 35 cm, f) planting trees with a trunk circumference from 36 cm to 45 cm; 2. transplanting trees, including: transplanting trees from containers into the ground: a) transplanting trees with a trunk circumference from 6 cm to 10 cm, b) transplanting trees with a trunk circumference from 11 cm to 14 cm, c) transplanting trees with a trunk circumference from 15 cm to 18 cm, d) transplanting trees with a trunk circumference from 19 cm to 25 cm, e) transplanting trees with a trunk circumference from 26 cm to 35 cm, f) transplanting trees with a trunk circumference from 36 cm to 45 cm. Explanation of terms: 1.1. The term "planting with the supply of avenue and park trees" refers to point 1 points a) to f) shall be understood as the delivery and planting of trees in pits of a size proportional to the diameter of the root ball, dressing the pits with fertile soil, the application of mineral fertilization, stakes and the establishment of ligaments (natural materials), 1.2. Providing full care after transplanting (including watering as needed). 1.3. All operations must be carried out in accordance with the rules of horticultural art. 1.4. The Contractor shall commence work after receiving a written order from the Contracting Entity. 1.5. The Ordering Party shall each time specify in the order the scope and date of work. 1.6. Trees intended for planting must meet the highest quality requirements and must be kept during a multiannual production cycle (certified nursery). All parts of the plant must be free of pests and pathogens and free of wounds and traces of fresh cuts. The material must not be stored for a long time in a cold store. When planting and transplanting, first of all, technologies enabling healthy development of trees should be used, as well as conflicts with infrastructure should be minimized (solutions preventing soil compression, aeration, irrigation, surface protection, direction of solid development). 1.7. In justified cases indicated by the Ordering Party, the deadline for the execution of works shall be 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the order.
