The subject-matter of the Tender is research on the establishment of a water quality monitoring system in the Riga water supply network (hereinafter referred to as – the Service) in accordance with the Technical Specification-Terms of Reference (Annex No. 1 to the Regulations) and provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as – the Contract) (Annex No. 4 to the Regulations), as well as the requirements of the binding laws and regulations.
