Kerteminde Supply — Sewage A/S is in the process of executing their strategy plan where, over time, the whole municipality must be seperated and, in the term, have all the sewage collected at the Kerteminde treatment plant.
In this respect, the village of Mesinge, which is today communal cloakered now needs to be seperated sewerage.
The invitation to tender relates to the tendering of the main contract with all works associated with the establishment of the separate sewerage system in Mesinge.
The separate sewerage includes 183 properties over an approximately 30 ha catchment area.
The project is divided into 3 stages ifm. the execution. The stages are divided into the south, centre and north. Stages 2 and 3 are offered as options that are mandatory for the bidder to bid for but are voluntary for the builder to use during the contract period. Exploitation of the options for Stage 2 and Stage 3 depends on the Board's approval of budget for that option during the contract period.

The options for stages 2 and 3 are included in the overall price assessment and are thus included in the offer evaluation and form the basis for the award of contract.
Below is an overview and description of stages 1, 2 and 3 respectively.
Stage 1 (South):
- Approximately 77 properties
- Approximately 3 000 lbm. main conduit (sewage and rainwater added together)
- 680 lbm. power line (rain and sewage).
Stage 2 (centre):
- Approximately 38 properties
- Approx. 6,900 m
- Approximately 1 500 lbm. main conduit (sewage and rainwater added together)
- 430 lbm. power line (rain and sewage).
Stage 3 (North):
- Approximately 41 properties
- Approx. 4,200 m
- Approximately 2 500 lbm. main conduit (sewage and rainwater added together)
- 350 lbm. power line (rain and sewage)
- Wiring dimensions for rainwater are from island 160 mm - island 1 200 mm
- Wiring dimensions for sewage are from island 160 — island 315 mm
- Basins are established as open, dry landscaped soil basins.
Most of the new sewerage system is located in roadside areas and included in the entrance price is road excavation as well as the retabling of road crates and coatings, including traffic control/signage marking ifm. the excavation work.
The entrance price also includes the dismantling of the existing sewage system by filling and exhumation respectively.
