Ticket and information services directly to the public in Modena, Reggio Emilia, Piacenza, Castelfranco Emilia, Pavullo, Vignola, Sassuolo, Mirandola and Carpi. Telephone and social media information services on fares and penalties for travelers, network and service hours, on-call services and switchboard reservation and other ancillary activities for the distribution of travel tickets and sales promotions in the Modena, Reggio Emilia and Piacenza.

Services of:

a) issues of cards for subscribers, sale of tickets and other ancillary activities to the issue of cards and the sale of travel tickets in company ticket offices equipped with electronic ticketing systems,

b) information and commercial promotion to the direct public, by telephone (call center) and with social media regarding tariffs, travel tickets and sanctions for travelers, network and service hours,

c) corporate switchboard,

d) reception of telephone reservations and through APP of on-call transportation services,

e) other ancillary activities such as counting and / or transport of values,

f) local cleaning and small routine maintenance to the rooms on loan,

g) collecting valuables from issuers of travel tickets of land,

h) collection of values from bus board issuers,

i) distribution of tickets to the network of authorized dealers.

The activities referred to in points a), b), c) and d) are to be considered main activities.

The activities referred to in points e), f), g), h) and i) are to be considered secondary activities.

The activities indicated in points e), g), h) and i) are considered secondary and possible activities.

Contract period of 2 years with the option of express renewal for a further year and possible technical extension for a maximum of 6 months.
