The City of Kokkola's Cleanliness and Food Services requests a quote for the transport of food and supplies to schools and daycare centres in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices for the period 1.8.2023 - 31.7.2025.

Transportation includes transporting hot and/or cold food, dishes and products according to the menu using meal carriers and containers. Transport volumes vary from day to day due to the food transported and its packaging. Transportation also includes transportation of trolleys and transport boxes back to the preparation kitchens.

In the annex to the invitation to tender, the departure and delivery points for food deliveries and the time windows within which the transports must be carried out are indicated.

The number and location of delivery destinations may change during the contract period due to changes in the school and service network.
