The purpose of this contract is to manage and supervise the implementation of the investment task for the execution of works for task number 1 BC “Construction of the connector in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska within railway lines no. 97 Skawina—Żywiec and no 117 Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Lanckorona — Bielsko-Biała Główna” carried out under the task of “Works on railway lines no. 97, 98, 99 on the section of Skawina — Sucha Beskidzka — Chabówka — Zakopane”, which will be carried out under the “design and build” system.

The purpose of this contract is to manage and supervise the implementation of the investment task, in particular:

(a) acting as an engineer in accordance with the contract and the contract terms of the FIDIC;

(b) fact-to-financial management, in particular the comprehensive handling of the contract in terms of its clearing, monitoring and in-kind reporting;

(c) technical management, including the performance of the duties of the investor supervision inspector for the contract;

(d) management, including coordination of the contract concluded in the framework of the project;

(e) conducting environmental surveillance, including natural, in accordance with the Environmental Conditions Decision and other administrative decisions in this regard.

2.2.2. The scope of the investment task, over which the Contractor will provide a management and supervision service, includes all the work contracted to the Contractor under the contract for the performance of works for task No 1 BC “Construction of the connector in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska within railway lines no. 97 Skawina—Żywiec and no. 117 Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Lanckorona — Bielsko-Biała Główna” carried out under the task of “Works on railway lines no. 97, 98, 99 on the section Skawina — Sucha Beskidzka — Chabówka — Zakopane”, which will be carried out in the “design and build” system, in particular the execution of the following elements:

(a) design documentation, including:

— obtaining the necessary administrative decisions for the proper conduct of works,

— the development of an executive project,

— development of detailed technical specifications and acceptance of construction works,

— the development of post-built documentation;

(b) the implementation of works involving the construction and reconstruction of railway infrastructure in industries:

— railway surface, undertrack with drainage,

— rail traffic control devices (srk),

— telecommunications equipment and systems,

— the catenary, including the power supply system,

— lines of non-traction needs,

— power supply equipment and systems up to 1 kV,

— engineering facilities,

— removal of the collision;

(c) the implementation of works involving the construction and reconstruction of road infrastructure to the necessary extent and the construction of facilities and facilities to protect the environment.
