This contract covers a complete mission of project author for the realization of studies and site monitoring of the works of the rue Joseph Wauters (approximate length: 383 meters).

The mission is part of the implementation of sheet B.1.1 "Facade-to-façade" development of rue Joseph Wauters of the urban renewal program approved by the Walloon government in December 2018. These implications are detailed in the special specifications.

The project is located on rue Joseph Wauters from the Town Hall to the roundabout Zénobe Gramme - Avenue Reine Astrid. The mission is described in detail in the technical clauses of these special specifications.

IMPORTANT

The urban renewal operation is an approach proposed by the Walloon Region which, as far as the city of Waremme is concerned, makes it possible to improve the attractiveness of the city centre through major development work on the public spaces of the dynamic axis. The first phase of the works, currently underway, concerns the redevelopment of façade to façade of the Place de l'Ecole Moyenne. Attention is drawn to the need to ensure the coherence and proper articulation of the future development of Rue Joseph Wauters and the new square.

The contracting authority considers it necessary to proceed in tranches (firm and conditional) according to the evolution of the project and its financial possibilities according to Article 57 of the Law of 17 June 2016. The tranches (phases) are described in Article III.1 of the Technical Clauses

The complete mission of study and monitoring of the execution includes all the ordinary services incumbent on the project author. Services in the following areas must be provided:

•Town planning

•Stability

• Urban planning (furniture, lighting...)

• Security coordination

• Mobility (strategy in progress and after works)
