2. The offered subject of the order must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party listed in the Assortment and Quantity Form, be brand new and ready for use as intended without making additional purchases.

3. The Ordering Party requires the creation of a commission / deposit for part No. 2 for item 13-6 within 7 days from the date of signing the contract.

4. The offered object of the contract must be authorised for marketing and use as a medical device (only for medical devices).

5. As part of the performance of the contract, the contractor is obliged to provide accompanying services (e.g. transport, insurance for transport, loading, unloading, etc.) necessary for the proper performance of the contract.
